The Rad Battery Pack

With over a decade of designing and building ebikes under our belts, we know that a high-capacity battery like this isn’t something you cheap out on. We designed and built our batteries using genuine Samsung 35E cells, which are some of the most energy-dense and reliable lithium-ion cells on the market today. These cells have allowed us to build an overall better battery, and at only 7.7 lb, it's one of the lightest and most energy-dense packs on any electric bike.

Reliable, Smooth, Maintenance-Free Hub Motor

Using a brushless direct drive hub motor allows regenerative braking to be enabled as a standard feature. This allows the user to slow down when traveling downhill or coming to a stop while charging the battery in the process. Regenerative braking is automatically activated anytime you engage the brake levers, meaning you can take advantage of this amazing feature without having to do anything extra.

Great bike

I’m having fun and getting more exercise than I thought I would.

Wonderful bike!

We are enjoying our RadCity bikes. Excellent way to still enjoy our community despite bad knees.

Forget the gas pumps

I seem to be riding more and longer. Take the Rad instead of the Camry. The top speed seems to be stuck at 19.6 mph. I the speed seems to set on a governor. The flashing tail light gives me a fighting chance for visibility. The white wall tires gives a classic look. The support staff was very helpfull. With my handle bar extension the wires gave some issue that required additional design.

2nd Rad Bike

Great bike especially for the money. I first got the Radcity and loved it. Next I got the Radrover for steeper hills and off road and it does a great job. The Radcity got a bit damaged in shipping, but they sent parts right away. Great support!!

What a gas!

It’s amazing how fast I can get around the town! No worries about fatigue. No having to walk my bike up hills. No wiping the silly grin off my face every time I feel the pedals take over the strain! My Rad City is just a gas! Love it!

Love Rad City

The throttle, the power regenerating brakes, the sturdiness of the bike: I love them all. It’s a bit of a beast of a bike, but I feel safe and love my rides, especially that it’s pretty much carbon free

RadCity Electric Commuter Bike

Wonderful Bike

I had a few minor problems which I was able to resolve. I love the bike. I am 71 years old, and again enjoying riding a bike.

135 Miles and Counting on my RadCity

I've been using this bike as my only transportation for a month and I've been loving it! Everyone at work has been asking me about it, and they notice how well made the RadCity is. "The wheels look strong and the frame looks thick and nicely welded." "What company is that? That looks well made and I see you always on that." "Is that electric? I see you cruising on that when we leave. Looks like it can hold a couple hundred pounds too." And that's only a handful of comments out of the many. My only problem with the bike is how much people want to talk about it (I hate small talk) But I'll gladly talk about my bike!

Rad commuter bike a joy

Love my new e bike. Only thing is it's a little clunky and heavy, but otherwise riding is a blast!
