Note: this Limited Warranty does not apply to third party products. For Products purchased prior to December 15, 2025, any limited warranty may be impacted by the change in ownership of the Rad Power Bikes brand. For Products purchased prior to December 15, 2025, further information is provided in the section titled “Prior Ownership Warranties” at the bottom of this page.
This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Product and valid transferee of the Product provided that the Product was originally purchased from RLM's online storefront, a physical RLM retail storefront, or an authorized RLM retail partner. If purchased through an RLM retail partner, a receipt of purchase must be submitted to RLM for any warranty.
The Limited Warranty begins from original purchaser’s receipt or purchase date (whichever is later) and will be verified by RLM (“Warranty Begin Date” or “Begin Date”).

This Limited Warranty applies solely to ordinary product performance failures and does not apply to any incident involving personal injury or property damage, fire, overheating, thermal event, or other safety-related occurrence.
In the event of a non-conformity in workmanship or materials in one or more components of the Product, RLM’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is repair or replacement of any non-conforming component. Under no circumstances shall the Company’s total warranty obligation exceed the fair market value of the Product or the specific part or component of a Product giving rise to the warranty claim. By way of example but not limitation, the following costs and expenses are not covered by this Limited Warranty: (i) labor costs for the removal or reinstallation of a non-conforming component of the Product; (ii) shipping and freight expenses required to return a non-conforming component to RLM and receive a replacement or repaired component or (iii) damages associated with personal injury or property damage. In some instances, the exact replacement component may no longer be available, in which case RLM will replace the non-conforming component with the most similar component available.
