On December 15, 2025, Rad Power Bikes voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 protection. Due to the bankruptcy process, Rad is not able to support any warranty requests for products purchased prior to December 15, 2025. Please contact Rad's customer service team or your local Rad bike shop partner regarding any warranty-related needs. 

For all Rad-branded products purchased after December 15, 2025, Rad will continue honoring warranty requests. However, Rad is not able to guarantee that the warranty on items purchased post-December 15 will continue to be available upon close of the bankruptcy process.
