love it , and so do my great grand children.
The bike had exceeded my expectations and I love riding it. I can tell a lot of thought went into it’s creation and manufacturing.
I’m forgetting how soon I should bring it in. I’m worried—because of pot holes—that the wheels need to be trued.
Having twins we came to rely on our car much more than we ever wanted to, but the RadWagon has freed us from car dependence! We take it to the library, the grocery store, the beach, the boardwalk, everywhere we go. We have even fallen (my fault not the bikes), and the kids were unscathed, protected in their bike seats and surrounded by rack. They didn't even touch the ground when we toppled. I am so happy and love being out with the kids, immersed in our world, talking about the sky and the neighborhood.
Got 2 small boys living in santa monica. No-brainer the new family trukster
I can not get the display to show any info did all the trouble shooting I can do.
We needed pedal assist bikes for our hilly terrain and for my husband to be able to take our 7 year old on, and the RadWagon is so perfect! We added the seat and handlebar accessories for her and she feels safe and comfortable. They are both thrilled with the ride! I wish I could upload a picture!
This eBike has improved the quality of my rides! I pull a dog trailer up many steep hills and I often never made it to my destination. Now my pups and I enjoy long days at the park! Rad provides amazing support and customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Terrific quality product. Have ridden it for several hundred urban miles and it works like new. Still makes us smile to ride. Really appreciate the value compared to other e-bikes, too. Great customer service when we’ve had questions. My sons ride in back to school every day and love it. Hoping this is the future of urban transportation.
Great bike, love it!
We haven't yet gotten our wagon on-the-go...it required way more tools than we had. We're not a particularly "handy" family, no tool chest in the garage, just a few bins with the basics. But we had to order about $70 worth of tools from Amazon Smile to put our bike together. This wouldn't bother me too much, except for the fact that I talked to someone before we purchased our wagon and the staff member did not mention anything about particular tools needed, only that it would be pretty "easy" to put together. For those who are not tool-heavy, you may want to have your wagon/bike shipped to your local bike shop to have it put together for you, or expect to bulk up your tool collection. Still excited to try out our RadWagon!!!
