Electric bikes shipped to within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping*.
We are currently only shipping to the USA and Canada.
In-Stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday should ship out Monday.
As we ship UPS we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
Discounted merchandise/Canadian orders may take an additional 48 hours to process.
On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment, the customer is also responsible for ensuring they comply with all of their local/state/federal regulations concerning the import and use of electric bicycles.
Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping once the item is shipped (outside of with a RPB member), including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, UPS My Choice settings and preferences surrender the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Residents of AK, HI, and Canada do not qualify, palletized freight orders are subject to fees, orders including only accessories and/or parts will still have shipping fees applied.
- Purchased but not shipped: 10% processing fee
- Shipped but unopened the box is sealed (within 14 days): 25% restocking fee, customer pays shipping both ways. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same package and condition that you received it.
- No returns after 30 days.
- Used: No returns, except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.

ORDERS PLACED VIA AFFIRM -
Orders placed using Affirm as a payment method via www.radpowerbikes.com must be shipped and cannot be picked up in store. If you would like to pickup a bike from our Seattle store and purchase using financing, you may do so at time of purchase at our shop at 2622 NW Market St Seattle, WA 98107.
CHANGING THE COLOR OR SIZE OF YOUR BIKE POST ORDER -
Changing the color or size of your bike can only be done if you order has yet to be shipped. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel/refund your order and a new order can be placed with the correct color or size. Please note, it is not possible for us to change the color or size of a bike order without canceling/refunding your original order and having a new one placed. Also note that we do note save any payment information so credit card data will have to be provided for the new order.
SPECIAL OFFERS, CODES, AND PROMOTIONS -
Rad Power Bikes reserves the right to put limitations on the combining, stacking, and use of any and all promotions done via the website, email, social media, or any other channels where promotions are detailed and/or distributed. Rad Power Bikes reserves the right to pause all promotions, codes, and referral programs for some sales and for all new product launches. Any and all promo codes must be used at time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively, promo codes cannot be stacked, used in tandem, etc.
REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS/LIMITATIONS -
To qualify for a promo code, the referred person must (i) be a new customer, (ii) use a referral link to obtain the promo code and (iii) make a purchase on http://radpowerbikes.com in an amount greater than the minimum amount specified in the referral offer prior to the promo code's expiration. Referring customers will receive a referral credit in their http://radpowerbikes.com account after the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by a customer service member. Customers are limited to referring two people per household. Referring customers may only earn one referral credit per referred person. In the event a referred person returns a purchased item and their lifetime order value decreases below the minimum purchase amount, the referral credit awarded to the referring customer will be rescinded. Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing http://radpowerbikes.com account under an alternate email address.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion. Promo codes cannot be stacked, used in tandem, etc.
Any and all pre orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are only eligible for a 90% refund of the total order price.REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Under the United State's Federal Electric Bike Regulations, our bike are considered street legal, and because of this are viewed as bicycles, not motorized vehicles. PLEASE NOTE, it is important for you to check your federal, state, and local laws to ensure that you are riding legally and safely.
ORDERS FLAGGED AS FRAUD -
If your order is flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and refund your order. If you feel that a refund was made by mistake, please email.
SALE ITEMS -
Unfortunately there are no returns for items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Unfortunately special orders are not returnable. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and special order items.
