Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The below terms are applicable to your Rad Power Bikes Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”).

Gift Cards can be purchased online at radpowerbikes.com or at any of Rad Power Bikes retail store locations. Gift Cards may be redeemed in our stores or on our website. No taxes are charged on the purchase of Gift Cards. Applicable taxes are charged at the time Gift Cards are redeemed. Please note that Gift Cards purchased from our U.S. retail stores or U.S. website (radpowerbikes.com) can only be redeemed within the U.S. Likewise, Gift Cards purchased from Canadian retail stores or Canadian website (radpowerbikes.ca) can only be redeemed within Canada.

Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of eligible goods and services online at radpowerbikes.com and store locations in the U.S.

Gift Cards do not expire. There are no inactivity fees or other fees associated with Gift Cards.

Gift Cards purchased online via radpowerbikes.com are delivered in digital form and will be emailed directly to the purchaser or the person that the purchaser designates as the recipient. Digital Gift Cards are emailed directly to the purchaser, or the person that the purchaser designates as the recipient and usually arrive within hours after ordering. Please note that Rad Power Bikes is not responsible for incorrect digital Gift Card delivery due to the entry of an incorrect email address.

Rad Power Bikes is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. All Gift Card sales are final and nonrefundable. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another gift card for value, or redeemed for cash, check or credit (except as required by law). Please treat Gift Cards like cash and be sure to secure your Gift Cards accordingly. Rad Power Bikes reserves the right to refuse to honor a Gift Card if Rad Power Bikes reasonably suspects that the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently or illegally.

By purchase, use, or acceptance of Gift Cards, you agree to comply with these Gift Card terms and conditions. Rad Power Bikes reserves the right to (1) modify or amend Gift Card terms and conditions at any time; (2) void Gift Cards without a refund, cancel or limit orders, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services if Rad Power Bikes suspects a Gift Card is obtained, used, applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of this Gift Card Terms and Conditions or Rad Power Bikes’s Terms of Purchase.
