Adjusting Your Suspension Fork | Rad Tech

Adjusting Your Suspension Fork | Rad Tech

“Rad Tech” is a step-by-step, technical, how-to video series that empowers Rad Power Bikes owners to take basic assembly, maintenance, and minor ebike repair into their own hands.

In this episode, we explain how to adjust the front suspension fork on your ebike. These forks can serve as a shock absorber to minimize the impact of small obstacles like potholes or rocks in the road or trail. They come with two control mechanisms to allow riders to choose the ride feel they like best: lockout and preload adjustment.

Always consult your owner's manual or our help center for more complete info, and feel free to contact our technical support team directly to talk through your ebike issues with one of our Seattle-based team members.
