We are partnering with Rad-Approved Service Centers to have your bike inspected and serviced by a professional bike mechanic at no cost to you. You will receive a service confirmation email from support@beelineconnect.com connecting you with a Rad Owned or Approved Service Center in your area within 5-7 business days. You will be provided with a 6-digit warranty authorization code for your free warranty service.
This is a free service appointment for RadExpand 5 owners who purchased bikes with serial numbers between RE5I21E00004 through RE5L21E0825 or RE5H21T0001 through RE5F21T017 to prevent any unnecessary movement during riding. We believe the chances of this are low, but for your safety, do not ride your bike until you have your RadExpand 5 bike serviced.
