Maintenance and repair are a natural part of every rider's life.
Our team of engineers has been refining our designs for years in an effort to make sure your ride's perfect. But sometimes your bike may encounter nuisances -- whether it's a nail in the road, some broken glass in a puddle, or a pothole that you could've sworn didn't look that deep.
So what then?
Don't panic. Here are a few ways we can work together to get you back on the trail.
1. Check out our DIY guides.
Our in-house team of experts is constantly sharing tips aimed at helping you breeze by whatever obstacle may come across your path.
We have online resources for any situation, from noisy brakes to basic chain cleaning. Browse through our extensive database and we're confident you'll find what you're looking for.
Although all of our models have electrical components, nothing about the components or hardware requires hard-to-find tools. Our bikes are made for cyclists by cyclists. (Cyclists who also happen to be top-notch engineers and designers, of course.)
2. Give us a call.
Our product support team is the best in the business and always happy to help you troubleshoot.
Whether it’s answering a quick question or walking you through a few test procedures, our support team has a wide variety of ways to make sure you're satisfied with the quality of your ride. You can even send in a photo or video if you're having trouble putting an issue into words.
3. Swing by your local bike shop.
If you're looking for some hands-on help, our product support team can refer you to a reputable bike shop in your area.
Under our limited 1-year warranty, that also means we can work directly with select bike shops to ensure that your bike's getting the best care possible.
And, of course, if you live in the Seattle or Vancouver, BC area, our on-site Rad Service ambassadors can give your bike a free diagnosis at either of our local showrooms.
4. Let us come to you.
Speaking of our service ambassadors, did you know we're taking our know-how on the road?
With Rad Mobile Service, we're giving customers in select regions (currently Seattle, Austin, Sacramento, and Vancouver, BC) an opportunity to enjoy a full menu of bike maintenance options from the comfort of their front door.
Drop us a line at radmobile@radpowerbikes.com to see if we have a crew near you.
