Everything we have available for purchase on our website is in-stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in Washington state. This means that every time you place an order with us, there is a real, physical bike with your name on it eager to make its way to you.

We don't do pre-orders. We don't do back orders. We don't do empty promises. You've been burned by mismanaged companies too many times for that mess. We believe that if you buy a product, you should immediately get that product. Simple.

What Others Do:

You buy an ebike. You might get it... eventually.

We are steadily becoming a world of delayed gratification, and while there are times where patience can be commended, we don't think this applies to online purchases. "Pre-order now!", "Put down your deposit!", "Order now for delivery by some date in the future that will probably get delayed a couple of times because we haven't actually made your bike yet!" It's unfortunately become all too common to see companies taking your money and providing little to nothing in return, and we're not ok with that.

We make electric bikes. That's all we do, and we love it. It's awesome that other forms of sustainable transportation exist, whether it be electric skateboards, traditional pedal bikes, or electric cars, but we believe you can't be the best at something if you're trying to do everything. So we do one thing, and we do it better than anyone.

What Others Do:

Half-heart two things.

There are a lot of companies making electric bikes, but very few of them put as much time, effort, or innovation into them as they should because they choose to divert their resources to other, unrelated products. If you're spending half your time building electric skateboards or scooters and half your time building electric bikes, you're not doing either particularly well.

We design all of our bikes in-house at our Seattle HQ from the ground up with you in mind. All of the improvements we've made over the years, especially with our 2019 lineup, came directly from community feedback. This is the benefit we have over generic, pre-made ("white label") ebike companies, we design our ebikes with intention for you.

What Others Do:

As cheap and plain as possible.

Countless ebike companies exist solely because they purchased "white label" ebikes directly from a factory, slapped their logo on it, and are reselling it for twice what they paid for it. Not only is that lame, it's lazy.

We get it, starting a company is hard. And starting a company that sells a physical product is even harder, but you can't say you make "the best ebike" if a factory is making that exact same ebike you're selling for 6 other companies. A slick graphic and a fresh coat of paint doesn't make the bike perform any differently, no matter how much you want it to.

Call us, email us, message us on our social media channels. Seriously, do it. Our large, dedicated Customer Experience and Technical Support teams have one job: take care of you. And they are very good at it. We would know, we train them ourselves internally. No outsourcing, no robot call center, no smoke and mirrors.

Is there anything worse than being unable to talk directly to the company you're buying a product from? No, there isn't.

Providing a great product is only a small percentage of your responsibilities as a company. The customer relationship doesn't stop once an order has been placed. Some other ebike companies seem to think this is true, which means you may end up high and dry with a busted ebike if the company you bought from doesn't care about you once they have your money. Too many people have been scammed by shady ebike companies, and we're putting an end to it.

All of our bikes come stock with all the great features and components you see, we even include our 1-year warranty and industry-leading support free of charge.

Sporadic, confusing, unfair pricing.

As consumers ourselves, we have been subjected to conditional pricing on items we're interested in and, well, we hate it. There are many ebike companies who choose to advertise the barebones versions of their ebikes as a big selling point, but they know the bike in that configuration is hardly usable. The base price is usually really enticing, but if you want a more powerful motor, adequately sized battery, or a suspension fork, that'll be extra. Deception isn't a good long-term strategy for a company because you're smarter than that.
